cf.Objective() (http://www.cfobjective.com/conference/) has released a Manager’s Guide in PDF format (http://www.cfobjective.com/conference/pdf/managerguide.pdf) for those managers who are not yet sure that they should send their developers to cf.Objective(). Showing this to your boss may help him or her make that decision, and if you’re registering for the conference, you should probably do so in time to catch the early bird discount that ends April 1, to save you or your manager money.
